The new Power Taper Triple D+ double-hand shooting heads are the successor of Guidelines popular Triple D lines. The new Triple D+ have been optimized with regards to their length and weight destribution which resulted in a very user friendly taper with great casting performance.

All Triple D+ shooting heads have three different densities which seemlessly transition into each other with a perfectly smooth, even and slick surface. The line density transitions from low to high in the direction of the leader, hence you will get your fly down to the fish with the heavier tip section. However, due to the less dense rear belly of the head these lines pick up from the water very well, are easy to mend and allow increased control over the swing. Additionally the less deep swimming rear belly reduces the risk of mid line snags during the end of the swing.

Guidelines Direct Core provides ideal fly contact and bite indication, and are with up to 42lbs the strongest salmon line cores on the market. Triple D+ shooting heads come in nine different versions with a length of 10,7 to 12,2 m and casting weights varying between 29 and 44 g (#7/8 - #10/11). For easy rigging the Triple D+ are pre-looped on both ends.
