Product information "Guideline Experience+ Fly Line Floating"

Revised version of the best longbelly fly line on the market! The Guideline Experience+ is a longbelly line of the finest, so a fly line with a very long head. Ideal for medium to long distances on rivers, but also in stillwater, such as lakes or dams. However, the Experience+ is also used by us at close distances, and on somewhat overgrown streams, because by the long head of over 12 meters roll and other water casts succeed perfectly! Even on the coast on sea trout we have used the line on mild summer evenings to successfully pull our Foamflies through the Baltic Sea. An all-round line, of the slightly longer kind.

The taper construction of the Experience+ has remained exactly the same in terms of shape, but with significant improvements in performance, adjusted lengths and weights. The ratio of length to weight in the head of this line was again carefully selected to give the line more power and speed. Thus, the head lengths are standardized to 12.5 meters maximum, but the thickness of the handling zone and the running line has been increased, so that you can hold a few more meters in the air on all lines without feeling that the line sags. With the 12 meter to 12.5 meter head you can now achieve even more powerful casts and when a very long cast is required, you can easily let the handling zone and the running line hang out of the rod tip to achieve a few extra (+) meters. And that's mighty fun, too, thanks to the optimization of these two areas! The front taper has not changed, so the 4 meter front taper of the predecessor remains. This is also a good thing, because the strength of this long front taper to present flies accurately and finely could hardly be optimized.

In short, the new Guideline Experience+ fly line is a true all-rounder, with a long head for long distances or water casts at close range and a front taper that guarantees fine presentations of your dry flies. Whether on the river, lake or ocean, long distance casts and fine, smooth casting are the strengths of this line.
