The Guideline AURA fly reels represent a new approach to modern reel design. At the heart of the AURA series is the fully sealed carbon fibre disc drag system. It produces a smooth and finely adjustable braking effect that protects the thinnest of leaders and at the same time offers impressive reserves when strong fish apply pressure. CNC-machined drag knobs with a non-slip texture enable precise settings, even in wet or cold conditions or when wearing gloves.
The modern large arbour design ensures fast line pick-up, while the carefully calibrated spool widths guarantee clean line lay without line stack. At the same time, the AURA reels are deliberately designed to be lightweight in order to optimally balance modern fly rods. The double anodised surfaces offer high abrasion resistance and an elegant, timeless look in several colour variations.

- AURA #56 - A versatile all-round reel for trout, char and grayling fishing. It offers the ideal balance of light weight, stability and sensitive drag control. Ideal for rods and lines of classes #5, #6 and even #7 for light pike fishing, for example.
- AURA #78 - A powerful single-handed and ultra-light scandi fly reel for sea trout, salmon and streamer fishing for pike and co. up to the tropics. Developed to control aggressive escapes with confidence. Ideal for rods and lines of classes #7, #8 and #9 - both in fresh and salt water.
- AURA #910 - A specially designed fly reel for heavy single-handed rods and demanding saltwater applications worldwide. It offers ample backing capacity, especially when using PE backing, but is also an excellent lightweight option for two-handed rods. The dimensions are the same as the Aura 810 DH, but with less weight.
- AURA #810 DH - A robust two-handed fly reel for salmon and steelhead fishing that combines high line capacity with powerful, effortless and precise braking performance. An excellent choice for two-handed fly rods in the 12 to 14 foot range.
- AURA #1012 DH - A heavy-duty fly reel designed to optimise the balance of large two-handed rods. It offers maximum braking power and maximum reliability in the fight with particularly strong fish. The perfect option for two-handed fly rods from 14 to 16 feet.
