Hareline Ripple Ice Hair 4 inch

The relatively fine Hareline Ripple Ice Hair consists of very long Ripple Ice fibres that are reflective and fluorescent. It provides your flies with a very tempting appearance that most predators simply can’t resist. Due to its fibre length of up to 10 cm, it can be used in many different ways – for instance wrapped around the thread, as a flash for building a bulky head, as a body material or for making dubbing brushes. Further, it can be brushed in order to create nice transitions to other materials and truly unique effects. Therefore, it is the perfect material for tying all kinds of streamers – for instance pike flies, sea trout flies, saltwater patterns or small baitfish imitations. Last but not least, the fantastic colour selection leaves nothing to be desired, and therefore you will always have the right colour for tying a large variety of flies – whether natural imitations or flashy attractor patterns!

In short: The one and only Hareline Ripple Ice Hair will provide lots of joy – during the process of tying and while fishing. Without a doubt, it will easily convince the most demanding fly tyers and predators!

About Hareline:

Hareline started in 1981 in a private kitchen and has grown over time into a large company with nearly 1,700 square meters of production space. Based in Oregon, USA, the company now produces and distributes thousands of products that fly tyers around the world appreciate. Dubbing, in particular, has earned a place in many tying desks, but the remaining materials and accessories also impress with quality and a fair price.
