The TMC 5212 has the same shape as the Tiemco TMC 5262, but is made from a finer wire. In combination with the 2X long shank this hook is just perfect for imitating hoppers, adult stoneflies and caddis flies, as well as some of the largest mayfly duns. It features Tiemco's 'perfect bend' gap, resulting in very good hooking abilities. This hook should be included in every fly tyer's basic selection of hooks!
