The TMC 226 BL features the same shape as the Tiemco TMC 206 BL, but is made of a stronger wire and therefor the ideal choice if you're targeting big trout with dry flies or light nymphs.
 
Its special shape makes this hook just perfect to tie different kinds of caddis flies (e.g. Caddis Pupa). Also great for parachute patterns or emergers. The fine barbless point is super sharp and sits tight during the fight.
