Rabbit fur Zonker strips from Fly Scene make for a great addition to a variety of streamers, but specifically the Zonker! The Crosscut Zonkerstrips are cut crosswise to the direction of growth in contrast to regular Zonkerstrips. This product is designed to wrap around the shank of the hook, for tying voluminous heads or bodies.

Tip: To make a super-fishy, very easy-to-tie and high-contrast Pike streamer, simply tie a regular Zonkerstrip in White as a tail just before the bend of the hook. Then, tie in the Crosscut Zonker strip in Orange, and wind the strip around the hook shank up to the eye of the hook. Finish with a head knot and epoxy eyes. A proven Pike streamer, as easy as that! Experiment with various contrasting color combinations.
