The Free-Flex handle section with the included, free-swinging blank enables unimagined casting distances and conveys a very direct and sensitive contact, which extends from the rod tip to the handle section, from the fish to the angler. Fatigue-free casting all day long without strain on the wrist and tendons are just some of the advantages of this innovative handle system. The Quicklock reel seat allows the reel to be locked in place with a single movement, eliminating the need for tedious screwing and fiddling with all Arctic Silver rods. The Zense rod series consists of four-piece single-handed models with a granite grey nano-carbon blank with a slight silky sheen. Two strong stripping guides with ceramic inserts take the lead and are replaced by ultra-light titanium snake guides. The hand section incorporates the CDC machined and anodised aluminium reel seat, which is corrosion resistant, lightweight and robust.
