Vision XLS Meri Fly Reel
The XLS Meri fly reel is based on the popular XLV fly reel in a stable V-design. And is the perfect size for fishing for sea trout, but of course also for asp, zander and Co.
The Meri fly reel has a strong brake system made of cork discs, which starts buttery smooth and can be finely adjusted in no time via the large brake knob. In addition, the system was completely sealed with O-rings, so that dirt or salt do not find a way inside the system. In addition to good ventilation, the V-design spool offers a large capacity for backing, so that there is always enough buffer on the reel to safely land even a big fish. A huge advantage when fishing with thin runninglines, such as the modern mono runninglines in combination with a shooting head. The EVA crank was also adopted from the XLV series, because he offers even in dirty weather a maximum grip and does not slip out of the hand. Last but not least, for maximum protection, all moving parts of the XLS fly reel have been lubricated with SKF waterproof bearing grease. Thus, the Rivermaniac fly reel remains a faithful and long-lasting companion.
