The Einarsson Plus series are made in different sizes to fit all your fishing situations, from small trout in both lakes and rivers up to trophy fish both in salt and fresh water. The brake system of these reels is completely sealed. All stainless steel components in all models are saltwater proof. The thickness of the anodizing layer is approximately 20mμ, meaning that the Plus reels are a perfect combination on any fresh or saltwater rod.

All reels are designed and made in Iceland, machined and assembled to Einarsson's exacting standards. The quality team monitors the entire production process in order to uphold our commitment to the highest quality standards in engineering. The drag package is a combination of metal and composite materials that ensure a silky smooth drag that retains constant force at all settings. Carbon fibre discs are made in USA, drawn cup clutch bearings are made in Germany and the chrome steel ball bearings are made in Japan.

5 Plus:

Your reel for allround trout, light sea trout and pike fishing.

Capacity: WF #8 + min. 100 m 20 lbs std. backing

7 Plus:

Matches both single handed rods and lightweight switch rods for salmon, pike, sea trout and bonefish in the tropics.

Capacity: WF #10 or, shooting head #8/9 with Running Line + min. 150 m 30 lbs std. backing

8 Plus:

Suidable for heavier single handed rods, switch rods and lighter double handed rods targeting Atlantic and Pacific Salmon, Steelhead or saltwater species as trophy Bonefish, Striped Bass or Permit.

Capacity: WF #11 or shooting head #9/10 with Runningline + min. 150 m 30 lbs std. backing

9 Plus:

This is a heavy workhorse engineered to give the fisherman the edge. The silky smooth brake will handle even biggest Salmon as well as Tarpon and GT.
