With a head length of 12.1m, its modern distance taper is slightly longer than the head of the Fario Elite fly line, which significantly increases the maximum casting distance. In addition, the long head allows for controlled false rolls to send the fly at just the right moment - a huge advantage over compact WF lines. Of course, this also applies to fishing at close ranges, so that the relatively long front taper allows sensitive presentations at all distances. In addition, the Fario Distance WF has the ideal properties thanks to the multi-density coating in each section of the line. For example, the 3-meter long handling section and the following running line offer an excellent grip - while casting and stripping line. Thus, it allows truly impressive casting distances and a perfect presentation.
