Stonfo 523 Joint Rings Tippet Connectors
Tippet rings are the ideal way of joining the leader- and tippet section!
These super smooth micro rings are made of a lightweight alloy and thus ideal for delicate presentations of dry flies, nymphs and wet flies. Tippet rings maintain the length of your tapered leader - attached to the end you can simply knot new tippet onto the ring, time after time.
Another advantage of tippet rings comaperd to direct connections arises when using combinations of Nylon and Fluorocarbon in your rig. That is because the denser Fluorocarbon cuts through the less dense and weaker Nylon when pulling hard.
Delivered with a practical threader theses fine rings are easy to attach to the leader. First attach the ring then detach the ring from the threader to attach the tippet - easy as that!
