The Supplex Blue Leaders are tapered leaders with a relatively strong butt section. Therefore, they will easily transport streamers and indicator rigs due to their powerful turnover. This also allows a delicate presentation in windy conditions. Due to their high knot strength, they are very strong – not only in theory, but also while fishing. In addition, they are equipped with the so-called Blue Technology providing them with different shades of blue. They have almost the same refraction of light as water, and therefore they are practically invisible in the water. This is a huge advantage when fishing in crystal clear water and when targeting tricky fish. Unlike fluorocarbon, they are floating, which makes them absolutely perfect for dry fly fishing.
