The Hotspot PT Jig is our interpretation of a Pheasant Tail Nymph. It is not without reason that the pheasant tail feather is one of the most popular materials for fly tying. Thanks to the fine fibres, a slender, natural and beautiful body can be created. Our pattern gets a modern touch with a hot spot in fluo orange, which has a magical attraction especially for trout and grayling. The fine hackle made of soft CDC feather provides some movement in the water and allows this pattern to be presented not only on the bottom but also in midwater. This modern nymph with tungsten bead and jig hook is so universal that it will accompany us throughout the entire season.
