Superflies Salmon Fly - Pot Belly Pig Willie Gun

Pot Belly Pig tube flies are reminiscent of the legendary patterns Frances and Ullsocken, a hybrid fly combining elements from both patterns, creating a shrimp imitation. Few but high-quality materials result in a slightly transparent silhouette in the water. This variation of the Pot Belly Pig has been adorned with the color nuances of the famous Willie Gun salmon fly, which is orange-yellow with black contrasts. These colors work everywhere in the world, but especially well at the beginning of the season or in waters with a reddish-brown tint. The black body provides a strong contrast, making the fly effective even in adverse visibility conditions.

Pot Belly Pig flies have been highly successful for salmon and sea trout in rivers all over the world. This version has been tied onto a sturdy copper tube, allowing it to be effectively presented in fast currents or deeper pools.
