Guideline's Ambush 3X Magnifier Polarized Glasses feature a matte black polycarbonate frame in a slightly curved shape to block out distracting light from the sides. This model features full metal hinges and a rubberized area at the back of the temples and on the nose pad for a comfortable and secure non-slip fit. The lenses are made of polarized, high-quality nylon and there is a +3.0 magnification area in the bottom of the frame that is perfect for changing flies when your close vision is less than perfect.
Polarized lenses reduce surface reflections and glare, making it much easier to spot fish in the water. This is very important when sight fishing in clear rivers or tropical shallow waters. But it's just as important when you're watching any fish that follows your fly - for example, when pike fishing.
