The smoked brine from SPRO gives your catch a very special taste and is made from high-quality ingredients and spices here in Germany. The spice mix contains only natural ingredients - no flavour enhancers, preservatives or aromas! For a perfect result, you only need to mix the smoking liquor with water and leave the fish in the brine for several hours before smoking. You will find detailed instructions in the packaging. Available in various tasty spice mixtures and suitable for a wide range of different fish species. A feast for your palate and an easy way to give your fish a full natural flavour.
Example of use: Approx. 90 g of the smoking brine is needed for 1 litre of water. Before smoking, soak the cleaned fish in the brine for approx. 8 - 12 hours and then dry well.
