Skotti Cap Max
The Skotti Cap Max is the perfect addition to your Skotti grill Max. The cap is not just a cover that makes barbecuing easier in windy places! It can be set up and used multifunctionally, depending on the situation and the food being grilled: If you put two or three of the five stainless steel parts together, it becomes a simple windbreak. With three or all four side parts, you can also attach a rotating spit. Closed at the top and open on one side, the Skotti Cap transforms Skotti Grill into a pizza oven. All five parts together make a complete top. This way you can succeed in a lot of recipes beyond the classic steak and sausage grilling, such as bread, pizza, fish, meat and vegetable skewers, corn on the cob or larger pieces that have a longer cooking time.
The special feature: the handle of the Skotti Cap is also a grill tong. You put the bamboo wood of the grill tongs through two recesses in the long side parts and the cap can be lifted safely. From now on, you'll never have to think about where to put the pliers while you're grilling. And because functionality is Skotti's passion, the designers have also integrated a solid bottle opener into the 8 mm thick aluminium head of the barbecue gripper. Practical, isn't it?
As known from the Skotti Grill, the individual parts of the cap are also delivered in their own pouch. If you want, you can also transport them together with your SKOTTI Grill later on - all parts fit together in the bag of the grill.
