The Enrico Puglisi TOP WATER Fly is a pattern that creates a lot of surface disturbance. This streamer is a combination of premium fiber materials and a foam back that keeps it floating. Similar to a gurgler or skater, the tying style is designed so the foam pushes water with every strip, creating a sound that predators find irresistible. Depending on the retrieve speed, the fly imitates either a fleeing shrimp or baitfish on the surface, making it a fantastic choice for striped bass or snook.
