The Drag Metal Cast Slow from Duo, as the name suggests, sinks much more slowly compared to other metal jigs. Originally developed for saltwater fishing, this metal lure has also proven to be an alternative to classic jigging for zander, perch, trout and pike.
The Drag Metal Cast Slow appeals to a wide variety of fish species and is able to reliably catch them with a terrific variance in presentation. The metal jig can be cast easily over long distances and reach fish that seemed out of range. On the surface it has a sharp flanking and breaking action with a faster twitching retrieve. In deeper areas it sinks horizontally and attracts fish with a fluttering action. A combination of fast sinking and pausing hypnotises even wary fish who are already familiar enough with the usual soft and hardbaits. Thanks to the centrally balanced, fish-like design, the Drag Metal sinks stably and reaches those depths that are unreachable for ordinary microbaits.
