Product information "Costa Polarized Glasses Cheeca Matte Shadow Tortoise (Green Mirror 580P)"

Costa polarised glasses have been highly appreciated for many years, and not just by professional guides. The brilliance and imaging performance of these patented glasses have found many fans worldwide in fresh and salt water and the large selection of frames and tints offers the right model for every fly fisherman!

The classic rectangular design of the Costa Cheeca makes these goggles a universal leisure goggle that always goes down well and still offers excellent coverage when fishing. The frame and temples of the Cheeca are made from a bio-resin nylon construction, which has a very pleasant, skin-friendly surface. Thanks to flexible hinges, the pressure of the temples is adapted to the shape of your head. The rubberised nose and temple pads made from exclusive Hydrolite™ also ensure a very comfortable fit and a perfect fit. The patented 580P lenses offer your eyes maximum protection against aggressive UV radiation and reduce light reflections on the surface of the water, which can cause eye fatigue.

Green Mirror:
As with all Costa lenses, the polarisation effect of this tint is impressive! The green mirrored lens is an all-rounder for saltwater and ideal for sight fishing when it comes to spotting bonefish, permit and the like on the flats at an early stage. The biggest advantage of this tint is that contrasts are noticeably enhanced, which not only makes it easier to recognise the bright fish on the light-coloured bottom, but also makes it easier to spot structures. When fishing at home, this tint works very well both on the coast for sea trout and on lakes for pike and other predators. Slightly brighter overall than the 'Blue Mirror' lenses also recommended for saltwater.

580P lenses:
Costa's patented 580P lenses are made from hardwearing polycarbonate and Trivex. This makes them particularly lightweight and offers you the best wearing comfort for a long day on the water. The patented C-WALL® molecular compound also makes the lenses extremely scratch-resistant, so you can enjoy the brilliant clarity of the 580P lenses for many years to come.
