The Cortland Precision Tropic Plus is a saltwater floating fly line with a slim profile for fly fishing on the flats. The 12.7 meter-long head cuts through the wind and shoots extremely well through the guides thanks to the stiff and abrasion-resistant Tropic Plus coating and the monofilament core. A high-quality all-around line for different species in the tropics: Bonefish, Triggerfish, Permit, and more. Due to its medium-length head, this line gives the angler the ability to lift larger amounts of line from the water - a big advantage for quickly casting to cruising fish!
The Tropic Plus is an unobtrusive 'sand' color and has welded loops at both ends for quick and easy connection to the leader and the backing.
