The Simms CX series is made from the innovative and patented C-FLEX3 stretch fabric. A modern 3-layer membrane with a reliable waterproof rating of 30,000 mm and a breathability rating of 15,000 g ensures that you can concentrate fully on fishing even in the worst weather - while everyone else is already looking for protection from rain and storms.

In addition to the extremely durable outer material, the high-quality Simms CX Jacket impresses with many thoughtful features that demanding anglers will quickly appreciate: The roomy hood is designed for high speeds on the boat and heavy driving rain, and features an adjustable 3-point design and a high front closure. The long center front zipper has a waterproof storm flap. Two horizontal chest pockets are equipped with waterproof TRU® Zip zipper and provide 100% wetness protection for your valuable small items. The CX Jacket also features vertical zippered handwarmer pockets, a woven zippered left chest pocket and convenient sunglass padding. The articulated sleeves have reflective safety stripes and adjustable cuffs with hook-and-loop closures.

TRU® Zip
TRU® Zip is an easy-glide, toothless, waterproof underwater zipper system. Tested to IP67, this high-performance zipper protects against sand and dust and is completely waterproof for up to 30 minutes under one meter of water. Designed for ultimate reliability and ease of use, the extruded TPU system combines mechanical and vacuum forces to create a strong, durable seal. With an intuitive slide-to-secure design that smoothly slides into an over-molded garage, TRU® Zip provides a secure closure you can feel. Maintaining the TRU® Zip zipper is easy and keeps it gliding smoothly. To clean, simply rinse the zipper tracks with fresh water and for optimal performance, lubricate the zipper after cleaning (e.g., before extended storage or to improve zipper performance). To do this, spread liquid zipper lubricant along all zipper surfaces and then slide the zipper back and forth several times. Excess lubricant can be wiped off with a clean, dry cloth.
