The rod series „The Dentist“ from the Swiss manufacturer Bullseye is built for all those anglers, who love to fish with big baits or love to fight the strongest fish. With big casting weight with over 100g they can fight almost every species out there. All these rods are built on a Lotus Woven Composite 40 Ton blank and have an amazingly strong backbone to set the hook in a jaw full of bones and to fight big fish. Every fisherman who loves fishing for big pike or other predatory species in the cover, needs to check this series of rods. The name says it: these rods are superb for big toothy fish wether in freshwater or in the tropics.

The Dentist with a lenght of 255cm as a spinning version is made for all those fishermen, fishing from the shore for the biggest pikes in their homewaters. It´s casting weight is given from 50-145g, but it can also cast lures up to 220g. It´s made for big and heavy softbaits or swimbaits but can also be fished with huge hardbaits like jerks or spinnerbaits. The spinning version is also common for tropical fishing, since spinning reels have more brake force. Fished with big topwater baits like popper or stickbaits, this rod can fight even the strongest species in saltwater. Thanks to additional weights (max. 55 g) the rod can be perfectly combined with evey reel you come across and always balances, so you can fish fatigue-free all day long. The long handle with high quality EVA works well to set the hook and fight big fish as well. Of course, this rod can also be used from the boat and for many other bigfish techniques.
