An Amadou is the fastest and best way to dry wet flies. A classic tool for dry fly fishing! Amadou is a natural material and is made from fire sponge, a tree fungus. The sponge is dried, beaten and finally finished in an elaborate manual process. Amadou is an extremely absorbent material that removes moisture from a soaked dry fly with just one squeeze and makes it ready for use again.

This high-quality Amadou in square XL format has a traditional design with an outside made of hard-wearing leather. Thanks to a robust metal clip, you can securely attach the helpful accessory anywhere. The Amadou is particularly thick and highly absorbent and offers absolute premium quality!

Tip: First wash out your dry fly in the river, blow it out vigorously and then place it in the Amadou. Squeeze out the remaining moisture with gentle pressure. Finally, apply some floatant and you're done!
