• Make sure you enter your e-mail address correctly. After all, the voucher will be sent there directly. If you already have a customer account, you can check the e-mail address under "Your profile" and change it if necessary.
• Once payment has been received, you will receive an e-mail with the gift voucher as a PDF attachment.
• If necessary, please check your spam folder and make sure that your inbox is not full.
• Print out the voucher, fold it in half and stick it on if necessary. Done.

To redeem a voucher online, please enter the code printed on the voucher in the Shopping Cart under "Enter voucher code...".

I have not received my voucher...
If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder and make sure that your inbox is not full. Check in your customer account under "Orders" whether the order has been paid for and under "Your profile" whether the e-mail address is spelt correctly.

Can I print a personalised greeting on the voucher?
Yes, you can leave the name of the recipient and a personalised greeting. You can also enter your name so that the recipient knows who the gift voucher is from. You can check your design and text under "Preview".

What if my voucher value is higher than the order value?
That's not a problem: the remaining amount remains on the voucher and can be redeemed with your next purchase.

What language is my voucher in?
The language depends on the shop in which the voucher is purchased. If you buy at www.adh-fishing.de, the voucher will be printed in German, at www.adh-fishing.com it will be printed in English and at www.adh-fishing.fr it will be printed in French. Tip: You can log in to all language shops with the same access data!

Can the voucher also be redeemed in another language shop?
